These Terms and Conditions govern all bookings, stays and services provided by Kuttikanam Castle Resort. By confirming a reservation, guests agree to comply with the following terms.
1. Booking and Confirmation
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
- Guests must provide accurate personal and contact details at the time of reservation.
- Full or partial advance payment may be required to confirm bookings.
2. Check-in and Check-out
- Check-in time: 2:00 PM
- Check-out time: 12:00 PM
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
3. Identification Requirements
- Valid government-issued ID proof (Aadhaar, Passport, Driving License, etc.) is mandatory at check-in.
- The primary guest must be at least 18 years of age.
4. Guest Policy
- Unmarried couple check-in is subject to management discretion.
- Groups with only male guests are allowed.
- Guests are not permitted to invite outside visitors into rooms.
5. Payment Policy
- All charges must be settled as per the agreed payment terms.
- Additional services and extras will be charged at checkout.
- Any changes in government taxes will be applicable and payable by guests.
6. Cancellation and Refund
- Cancellation policies vary based on booking type and duration.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per the cancellation terms communicated at the time of booking.
- No refund will be provided for no-shows or early departures.
7. Child and Extra Bed Policy
- Children are welcome at the property.
- Extra beds are available at additional charges, depending on room type and capacity.
- Infants may be accommodated as per room occupancy guidelines.
8. Property Rules
- Smoking is strictly prohibited within the premises.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Private parties and events are not permitted.
- Guests are expected to maintain decorum and respect other guests.
9. Amenities and Services
- All amenities are subject to availability and may change without prior notice.
- Paid services such as airport transfers, bonfire and special arrangements are available on request.
10. Safety and Security
- CCTV surveillance is active in common areas for safety.
- Guests are responsible for their personal belongings.
- The management is not liable for loss, theft or damage of personal items.
11. Liability
- The resort is not responsible for any injury, accident or loss caused due to guest negligence.
- Services may be affected due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, natural events or government regulations.
12. Property Accessibility
- The property may not be suitable for guests requiring wheelchair accessibility.
13. Amendments
- Kuttikanam Castle Resort reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
14. Governing Law
- These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
